Turkish Grill

While at Presa di Goa Hotel in Bardez, Goa, do not miss the Turkish Grill which is open from early morning till late in the night. This place has the distinction of having been opened by the Ambassador of Turkey to India. You must try their Italian Risotto, Spanish Paella, Tunisian Couscous, fresh seafood and Turkish marinated meats. These dishes are served by the pool side and the ambience is very serene and exciting. Turkish Grill also serves cold salads with hot pita bread as well as Mezzes, all as starters. Their collection of wines is truly wide and inviting. They serve Indian, Australian and French wines.

Though it is an expensive restaurant, a visit is a must to experience the international cuisine. This place is a favorite with the Spanish and Italian tourists as well as tourists from Western countries. Their Turkish dishes are unmatched elsewhere in Goa, with starters Mezzes, then finest minced and marinated meat or fresh fish, the catch of the day, as fresh as it can be, homemade yoghurt or Aubergine roasted and peeled over the barbeque a la minute. Byblos is the Bar Corner serving almost any drink of international repute. The Chef of the restaurant acquired his skill at a private Hotel School in Istanbul.
